1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the PetTraveler mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service
PetTraveler is a logistics and information platform designed for pet owners traveling by car or RV. Features include route planning, access to a database of pet-friendly places, and automated summaries of veterinary regulations.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
A. Free Tier
Access is free but supported by advertisements. Users are limited to two (2) active trip slots. Offline maps and PDF exports are not available.
B. Standard Subscription
A paid subscription that removes ads, provides unlimited active trip slots, and enables offline access. Payments are processed via third-party stores (App Store/Google Play) and managed by RevenueCat.
C. Slot Management System
Upon expiration of a Standard subscription, the system will automatically archive all but the two most recently modified trips. Data is not deleted but remains inactive until a new subscription is purchased or a slot is manually swapped.
5. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate information regarding your pets' health records.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your pet is legally allowed to enter a foreign country.
- You must not use the application in a way that distracts the driver or violates local traffic laws.
6. Third-Party Maps and Data
Navigation and mapping services are provided via Google Maps API. By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AETION LABS Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any damages resulting from reliance on veterinary regulation information, route suggestions, or the unavailability of services due to lack of internet connection.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland.
